Hi! I'm Karen . . .
I'm a wife, a mother of three human kiddos and five fur babies. I'm also a very busy personal trainer, Women's Health Coach, a nutrition expert, an avid lover of cheesy 80s movies and 90's hip hop.
As someone who has navigated the ups and downs of menopause and the challenges of maintaining a balanced lifestyle, I understand the unique struggles that come with this phase of life. My own experiences have shaped my approach, making me not just a coach but a companion on this journey.
For the last ten years I’ve made it my mission to help women skip the midlife crisis and go right into living their best life through movement, mindset, proper nutrition, stress management, hormone balancing, and adequate sleep.
It's very common when hitting midlife (between 45-65) to begin to experience breakdowns of the body and the spirit, but I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way.
As a Holistic Health and Wellness coach my goal is to empower YOU with all the tools you need to make small behavior changes that will improve your overall health and well-being as you transition into midlife and beyond.
